Winter Festival

Ho, ho, ho everyone! On Saturday, December 20, 2025 @ 3 PM EST, we are hosting our annual Winter Festival ! There will be a bunch of activities like quests, rides, shops, meet & greets, and drop parties!

Our annual present hunt will be hosted on Saturday, December 27, 2025 @ 3 PM EST, where each present you find will have a prize! Make sure to show up if you want a chance at getting free items..

Do you want to build a snowman? Or decorate your very own tree? Well great! This year's build competition you have the option to either build your own snowman or decorate a Christmas tree... best one wins!

Spring Celebration
Hey everyone! We're excited to announce the upcoming Spring Celebration on Saturday, March 28th @ 2 PM EST. There will be rides, quests, a shop, and our annual Egg Hunt!

As always, we will be hosting a build competition! Whoever makes the best statue of a spring themed animal gets a prize

Halloween Event!

Hey everyone! We are ghosting (haha get it...) the Halloween Event on Saturday, October 25th @ 2 PM EST, with the addition of new quests, new rides, mini-games, drop parties, and more!

The build contest info is here! We're looking for the best overall build, but MUST have these two things to meet the criteria:
Use of unusual blocks (glazed blocks, end portal frames, etc... use anything!)
Details/small surprises (make your build unique!)

During the Halloween Party on November 1st @ 2 PM EST, we will be having a costume contest! Whoever has the best looking costume, whether it's scary or not, will win a prize! Afterwards, everyone can spend the rest of the party trick-or-treating and meeting characters!
**Your costume must be YOUR work to compete! You will be disqualified if we see otherwise!

Hey everyone! MegaCraft is turning 14 years old on July 19th! To celebrate, we will be hosting our annual anniversary on Saturday, July 19, @ 2 PM EST!

Build Contest
The theme for this year's build competition is... The Next 14 Years of MegaCraft! Build anything you want relating to MegaCraft, and the winner gets a prize! The build contest ends on Sunday, July 27, @ 9 PM EST, so this should give you plenty of time to be creative and make the best plot!

Hey everyone! After months of planning and feedback from the community, we're excited to announce Avatar Towny 2.0!

What to Expect!
A completely new world in Minecraft 1.21.4
Overhauled economy & expanded reward systems
Revamped SiegeWar & Bending PvP mechanics
Better crates, referral rewards, and voting perks
A fresh start with exciting events, new towns, and more!

When is this Happening?
The server will close on Wednesday, May 21st, 2025 @ 8 PM EST so we can prepare the update! Other game modes like Avatar Survival, Factions, and SlimeFun will still be available during that time. On Saturday, May 24th, 2025 @ 2 PM EST is when you can expect to play Avatar Towny again with its new world and features!

So What Now?
Leading up to the launch, multiple events will be hosted to celebrate nearly 5 years of Avatar Towny!
Some of these events include Town Tours, where mayors can showcase their town or nation, and our classic campfire stories!

Furthermore, attached is a FAQ with more information about what to expect during the transition. Please refer to the "How can I prepare for this update?" section to gather your personal builds and items before Wednesday, May 21st, 2025 @ 8 PM EST.

What About My Items?
Your inventory and ender chest will carry over to the new world!
We’ve also added a temporary player vault with 27 storage slots (covers all items except shulkers). To access your vault, type /vaults in-game!
Keep inventory will also be enabled until Saturday, May 21st, 2025, @ 2 PM EST. For more information, please refer to the FAQ.
