🔥 Hey everyone! After months of planning and feedback from the community, we're excited to announce Avatar Towny 2.0! 🚀

What to Expect!
🌍 A completely new world in Minecraft 1.21.4
💸 Overhauled economy & expanded reward systems
⚔️ Revamped SiegeWar & Bending PvP mechanics
📦 Better crates, referral rewards, and voting perks
🏕️ A fresh start with exciting events, new towns, and more!

When is this Happening?
❓ The server will close on Wednesday, May 21st, 2025 @ 8 PM EST so we can prepare the update! Other game modes like Avatar Survival, Factions, and SlimeFun will still be available during that time. On Saturday, May 24th, 2025 @ 2 PM EST is when you can expect to play Avatar Towny again with its new world and features!

So What Now?
🤔 Leading up to the launch, multiple events will be hosted to celebrate nearly 5 years of Avatar Towny!
Some of these events include Town Tours, where mayors can showcase their town or nation, and our classic campfire stories!

Furthermore, attached is a FAQ with more information about what to expect during the transition. Please refer to the "How can I prepare for this update?" section to gather your personal builds and items before Wednesday, May 21st, 2025 @ 8 PM EST.

What About My Items?
✨ Your inventory and ender chest will carry over to the new world!
We’ve also added a temporary player vault with 27 storage slots (covers all items except shulkers). To access your vault, type /vaults in-game!
Keep inventory will also be enabled until Saturday, May 21st, 2025, @ 2 PM EST. For more information, please refer to the FAQ.

🌈 Hey everyone! We're excited to announce that we will be hosting a St. Patrick's Party on March 15th @ 2 PM EST! There will be a drop party, rides, quests, gambling, and more! The party will last until March 17th @ 10 PM EST which gives everyone plenty of time to do the quests and gamble! 👀

☁️ On March 15th @ 3:30 PM EST we will also be hosting a skin contest! Whoever has the best Green Overload theme will get a prize!

💌 Hey everyone! We're excited to announce that we will be hosting a Valentine's Celebration on Saturday, February 8th @ 2 PM EST and we have a lot to share! There'll be new quests from last year, rides, gambling, and even drop parties where you'll have a chance to receive rare items!

💗 We will also be hosting a build contest throughout the celebration under three themes!

🎉 Hey guys! Just a reminder that we are going to be hosting a Winter Celebration on Saturday, December 14, 2024 2:00 PM EST and it will be open to explore until Wednesday, January 1, 2025 9:00 PM EST! We will be hosting meet and greets, drop parties, quests, shops, and more importantly, a build contest where you’ll have a chance to win a rank up book! ☃️This year, however, we’re doing something different! For the build contest you will have complete freedom on whatever you’d like to build, but it MUST at least have one of these three things:​

1. An ice castle 🏰
2. The northern lights 💫
3. A candy cane forest 🍬

We’re doing things a bit differently this event, so these will be the categories that you will be judged on rather than themes! ❄️On Sunday, December 22, 2024 2PM EST we will also be hosting a Winter Party where we will be bringing a DJ, our annual Present Hunt, as well as other activities! 🎁 Posted below is the schedule so you know when to join! We’re excited to see you guys at the celebration! 🤩

🎩 Hi everyone! On November 24th @ 2 PM EST we will be hosting our fourth annual Thanksgiving Turkey Pardoning with none other than Gobbles and Charlie, the Mayor of MegaCraft! Join us for a day full of fun, including a pardoning ceremony, meet & greets, drop parties, minigames, and more! You won't want to miss it!
